Check In/Out:

• Campsites Check In: 1 pm, early check in $25 based on availability
• Campsites Check Out: 11AM, late check out $25 based on availability – must vacate by 12 pm
• Cabins, Deluxe Cabins, and Travel Trailers Check In: 3 pm, early check in $25 based on availability
• Cabins, Deluxe Cabins and Travel Trailers Check Out: 11 am
• Rates may change.

Seasonal Rate (April 1 – October 31):

• $3600 from April 1st to October 15th
• $500 deposit required at the time of reservation and signing the Seasonal Licensing Agreement; remaining balance due no later than April 1st, 2026
• Electrical: meter read and auto-billed the first of each month
• Must keep a valid credit card on file
• Services: water, sewer, garbage dumpster access, and basic open broadband Wi-Fi

Monthly Rate:

• $800 per month plus metered electrical read (auto-charged the first of each month)
• Arrival prorating applied to keep billing cycle on the 1st of each month
• Must keep a valid credit card on file
• Services: water, sewer, garbage dumpster access, and basic open broadband Wi-Fi

Pavilion Rental:

• $60.00 plus tax per day, includes picnic tables under a shelter. Must be a registered guest to rent.

• Each adult residing in the RV must pass a $20 background check prior to completing a Seasonal or Monthly Licensing Agreement

• Directly across from Mt. Olympus Water Park
• 10-minute walk to Noah’s Ark Water Park
• 5-minute drive to Broadway, the main shopping and attraction street in the Dells
• Save time on setup and packing
• More time to enjoy The Dells
• Winter storage available for seasonal guests ( please ask for details)
