Site Details

  • Seasonal site rates for 2024: $3300 including tax + $100 electric deposit + metered electric billed monthly.
  • Payment due in full prior to April 14th.
  • Monthly sites are $700 + electric deposit + metered electric billed monthly.
  • Must maintain a credit card on file. Billing is done at the beginning of each month.
  • Water, Sewer & Garbage Included
  • Access to All Park Amenities
