Pets are allowed in Rental Cabins. A pet fee of $45.00 will be charge.
THE SPEED LIMIT in the park is 10 MPH and is strictly enforced.
Quiet hour are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. No loud music, loud parties, loud conversations, or loud noises after 10:00 p.m.
Fireworks, go-carts, ATV/UTV, minibikes, gas scooters and other like items and drones/remote controlled aircraft are prohibited.
NO REVVING OF ENGINES OR EXCESSIVE NOISE.
Motorcycles: Are permitted and must be operated in a quiet and acceptable manner.
NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18 MAY DRIVE GOLF CARTS AND HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE.
DO NOT drive through sites, stay on designated roads.
Guests take full responsibility for themselves, everyone in their party, including minors, and outside participants, and ensure that they comply with all park rules and policies.
Please do not bring firewood into the campsite. We sell firewood in the Shop.
Grills are not allowed on picnic tables.
PETS ARE WELCOME
NO AGGRESSIVE DOGS ALLOWED! Your pet must be on a leash when you are out of your camper.
Dogs cannot be left outside unattended , on a leash or in a cage, kennel or nearby. NO EXCESSIVE BARKING! Pets are not allowed in any building or in the pool.
VISITORS
All visitors must register at the office and obtain a visitor’s pass. Visitors must leave by 10:00 p.m. Camp assignment is done by reception only. DO NOT park in your neighbor’s site.
Only one RV per site.
SWIMMING POOL
POOL HOURS: 9:00 A.M. – 9:00 P.M. Memorial Day to Labor Day Pool rules are posted by the pool manager. There are no lifeguards on duty.
*CHILDREN UNDER 14 YEARS OLD MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT.
PLEASE KEEP OUR BATHROOMS CLEAN.
*All Sewer Connection (by Federal Law) must have a watertight seal.
RESERVATION/CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancelation outside of 7 nights, $25.00 cancellation fee applies: Within 7 nights, forfeiture of one night’s deposit applies.
- 60 days or more notice: Full refund, less a $50 administrative fee.
- 31–60 days’ notice: 50% refund ($250).
- 30 days or fewer notice: No refund.

Camper Cottages Check Out: 11 am, late check out $25 based on availability – must vacate by 12 pm
Rates are subject to change
Seasonal Rate (4/1-9-30):
$3600.00 due at time of reservation. Rent includes water and sewer, and electricity is billed monthly.
Monthly Rate:
$800 plus tax and electric.
Pavilion Rental:
$60.00 plus tax per day. Includes picnic tables under a shelter. Must be a registered guest to rent the pavilion.
