Meet the Team at Bonanza Camping Resort

A great campground isn’t just sites and cabins—it’s the people who keep everything clean, calm, and running smoothly. Our team is here to help you settle in, answer questions, and make sure your stay at Bonanza Camping Resort feels easy from the moment you arrive.

Friendly help when you need it. A quieter stay when you don’t.

A Small Team That Takes Pride in a Great Stay

Bonanza has been welcoming guests to Wisconsin Dells for decades, and our owners and management take pride in creating a fun, comfortable, family-friendly camping experience that brings people back year after year.

We may be a small team, but we work hard to help guests feel at home and enjoy the best experience possible.

Meet Our Campground Manager

Tamara Giacomozzi

Campground Manager

Tamara brings more than 35 years of leadership, business, and hospitality experience to Bonanza Camping Resort. She spent 10 years with KOA, serving as a General Manager across multiple campgrounds in five different states, gaining deep expertise in RV resort operations and guest experience.

Before her time with KOA, Tamara owned and operated a holistic healing center in New Jersey, earning recognition as Best in Mercer for acupuncture, massage, Reiki and other holistic modalities. She also enjoyed a successful 14-year career as an executive pastry chef/baker receiving awards from the American Culinary Association during her earlier years. Her business roots run even deeper, having grown up in the electrical contracting field and other family-owned businesses throughout the New Jersey tri-state area.

Though born and raised a city girl, Tamara’s heart has always been in the country and the great outdoors. Nature, animals, and wide-open spaces make her happiest. She’s a lifelong boater and prior Full Timer RV’r who truly understands the RV lifestyle. Her introduction to RVing was an unforgettable four-month off-grid boondocking adventure in Arizona. At home, she’s a devoted cat lover with four cats and previously served as a foster mom for rescue animals.

Tamara is especially excited about building a strong sense of community at Bonanza. She looks forward to expanding activities, getting seasonal guests more involved, and creating memorable experiences that bring campers together.

Local Favorites & Travel Tips
When exploring the Wisconsin Dells area, Tamara recommends Lake City Social as a must-visit restaurant and loves shopping in nearby Baraboo. With its Ringling Brothers history, iconic circus legacy, quirky charm, and Renaissance Faire, Baraboo is one of her favorite nearby towns to explore.

Tamara is thrilled to welcome guests to Bonanza and looks forward to helping create a fun, welcoming, and community-centered camping experience for everyone who stays with us.
