## Rules & Regulations

Check In/Out:

- Campsites Check In: 1 pm, early check in $25 based on availability
- Campsites Check Out: 11AM, late check out $25 based on availability – must vacate by 12 pm
- Cabins, Deluxe Cabins, and Travel Trailers Check In: 3 pm, early check in $25 based on availability
- Cabins, Deluxe Cabins and Travel Trailers Check Out: 11 am
- Rates may change.

Seasonal Rate (April 1 – October 31):

- $3600 from April 1st to October 15th
- $500 deposit required at the time of reservation and signing the Seasonal Licensing Agreement; remaining balance due no later than April 1st, 2026
- Electrical: meter read and auto-billed the first of each month
- Must keep a valid credit card on file
- Services: water, sewer, garbage dumpster access, and basic open broadband Wi-Fi

Monthly Rate:

- $800 per month plus metered electrical read (auto-charged the first of each month)
- Arrival prorating applied to keep billing cycle on the 1st of each month
- Must keep a valid credit card on file
- Services: water, sewer, garbage dumpster access, and basic open broadband Wi-Fi

Pavilion Rental:

- $60.00 plus tax per day, includes picnic tables under a shelter. Must be a registered guest to rent.

**Safety Requirement**

- Each adult residing in the RV must pass a $20 background check prior to completing a Seasonal or Monthly Licensing Agreement
