Seasonal sites are rented from April 15th to October 15thand must be paid in full by April 1st , the seasonal site number will not change once the licensing agreement is signed. Monthly sites are month to month and are paid in full on the first of each month, these sites are NOT guaranteed and are based on availability. Both categories pay metered electric on the 1stof each month. When is metered electric billed? For both Seasonal and Monthly stays, metered electric is charged on the 1st of each month to the credit card on file. Is winter storage included with my seasonal stay? Winter storage is available (conditions apply) but not automatically included in the seasonal fee. Please speak with our office for current winter storage options and pricing. Can I work or attend online classes using the campground WiFi? Our **Free Basic Wi-Fi** is for light browsing only. For working, online classes, or streaming, we recommend **Tengo Internet’s ‘Pay to Play’ options**: $5/day, $15/week, or $30/month.
